• Payment Processing: Donations are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. Mission Vikas does not store your credit/debit card or bank account details.

• Tax Exemption: Mission Vikas is a registered non-profit organization under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donations are eligible for tax exemption as per the applicable laws. An 80G receipt will be issued for eligible donations to the email address provided at the time of donation.

• Refund Policy: Donations made to Mission Vikas are charitable contributions and are generally not refundable. Refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as a technical error leading to an duplicate transaction, at the sole discretion of Mission Vikas’s management. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to finance@missionvikas.com within 7 days of the transaction.

• Donor Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide during the donation process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. User Contributions

The Website may contain message boards, contact forms, or other interactive features that allow you to post content. You are solely responsible for any content you post.
